They’re not sure whether they can trust the accuracy of the reviews. Sadly we know that we have to compete with a lot of companies who don’t always deliver in terms of customer service or product quality.
At Kingsley Smythe, we want to ensure you make the right decisions and that you’re completely happy with the decision you made, and with our products – not just on delivery but for years after.
We understand that some customers would like to see or try out our furniture before they buy it. Perhaps that’s making sure their choice of chair is comfortable, or the table is the perfect fit for their outdoor space, or they just want to check the build quality and the finish.

By appointment only at our warehouse
If you call or email the team, we can arrange a one-to-one viewing for you at our main depot near Hungerford in Wiltshire, RG17 7TT. The full address is on our contact page. Whilst we don’t have an actual showroom with furniture set out, we can show you our furniture and you can see the quality, try out seating options and maybe even look at the colour options for your accessories. You’ll also get a chance to meet some of the team and just get a general feel for us as a business too. If you like what you see then you could purchase and take it away on the day – if this is something you wanted to do.
Visit one of the events we attend
During the season we attend many events throughout the UK. At these events, we have a selection of our more popular tables set up. Most have different seating options, and we have displays of accessories in our colour range. This gives you the opportunity to have a look at the different designs and seating choices. You get to see, touch, and experience the furniture. Our team can talk through your requirements with you, make recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
Our staff are knowledgeable and can offer help and advice as needed to work out the best options for you, your family and your available space. This service is on offer at events, at the warehouse and also over the phone. If you’re unable to visit the warehouse or attend an event, we’ll very happily talk about all of this on the phone – just call us on 0333 456 1370. Please just be aware that once the season starts in earnest – mid March – we really get extremely busy until August so there may be a delay in us answering telephone calls in that period.
