Ideal Home Show 2025 Ticket Giveaway Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   1. Reside in the United Kingdom
   2. Are 18 years of age or older
   3. Are not employees of Kingsley Smythe, nor members of their immediate families or households.
   
2. Entry: To enter the free prize giveaway, participants must enter their full name and email address on the entry form.
   
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 14th February 2025 and ends on 10th March 2025 at 11.59pm (GMT). Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
   
4. Prize: 15 lucky winners will receive 2 Free Adult Entrance tickets to the 2025 Ideal Home Show As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Kingsley Smythe reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
   
5. Winners Selection: The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline and will be notified by email within 24 hours of the entry deadline If any winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner will be selected to receive the free pair of tickets.
   
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Kingsley Smythe to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
   
7. Liability: Kingsley Smythe is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Kingsley Smythe and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
   
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United Kingdom.
   
9. Modification: Kingsley Smythe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Kingsley Smythe also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
