Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing a strict no contact delivery services for you and our staff’s protection. Our team will wear protective equipment and will stay at least 2 meters away from all customers at all times.
If you wish to stay inside at the time of delivery we are happy to leave the furniture in a place of your choice at the property which can be arranged by telephone before our arrival.
As a company we will do as much as we can to stop and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

We ask all customers to check the goods on delivery as most issues can be resolved at point of delivery. If you do have an issue after delivery, we ask all customers to use the ‘Report a Problem’ section on our website and the team will respond within 48-72hrs.

Please advise the team at [email protected] if there is limited access to the property - we have various size vehicles we use for delivery, so it is good for the team to know in advance if there is limited access.

Kingsley Smythe accept returns within 14 days, the items(s) must be in the original packaging and not been assembled. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Yes, but we have a restricted range of products we can deliver here - at the moment this is limited to our folding and extending dining sets.

We aim to deliver within 2 weeks of placing the order, at busier times it may take slightly longer but we will get to you as soon as possible.

One of the Kingsley Smythe team will give you a call to confirm your delivery slot.

In most instances we will take the goods to room of choice, in some instances we may use a third-party courier in which case it may only be a doorstep delivery.

The driver will give you a call when he is approximately 30 minutes from the property, if no one is home, we are happy to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbour.

You can, you just need to make a note in the ‘delivery notes’ section at checkout.

Please use the new delivery address in the shipping address field at check out and make a note of the moving date in the ‘delivery notes’ section.

We do our utmost to work with customers' requests but it is not always possible to deliver on a requested day.

We advise it takes 1-2 people approximately 30 minutes.
