If used responsibly, finance can be a good way to spread the cost of your purchase, but as finance is a form of credit, you need to be aware that your lender could ask a debt collector to contact you or commence legal action to recover the money you owe if you fail to maintain your payments.  A poor repayment record can also affect your credit file.

You can apply for finance on any qualifying order once your basket total reaches the minimum spend.

The application process is entirely online.  You will receive confirmation of whether your application has been successful, or referred for further consideration, when you have completed the application.

You can be considered for finance if you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
• Have a gross annual income of at least £5,000
• Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
• Have a good credit history with no late payments, CCJs or bankruptcies

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a credit search be done?
Omni performs a soft credit search when you apply, visible only to you. If your application proceeds, a hard credit check will appear on your credit file.

What happens after I apply?
You should receive a decision as part of the application process. Occasionally, Omni may request further information for manual assessment.

When do my repayments start?
Your first Direct Debit will usually be taken about 30 days after your goods have been delivered.

Can I repay early?
Yes. You can contact Omni’s customer services on 0333 240 8317 to arrange early repayment. Any applicable fees will be detailed in your Credit Agreement.

Can I cancel my finance agreement?
You have 14 days to cancel your credit agreement. To cancel your order for goods, please contact Kingsley Smythe directly.
