The quality of this furniture is excellent, the finish, especially on the chairs is superb. The free parasol and cushions are also very good. The table arrives flat packed, but is easier to assemble than Ikea furniture. Delivery (to West Cornwall) took several weeks, but understandably this was in order to muster an economic van load. Great value.

Ordered Nobel 8 seater set. Was told 5-6 weeks delivery. 2 weeks later got a text to say delivery next day. Luckily we were in so no problem. Set was delivered by two very friendly chaps who weren't at all fazed by the fact they had to cart it 100 yards to our patio as their van was too long to get round the corner into our drive. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent and they look great. Chairs are a little more upright than we would prefer, but we will solve that with some cushions.

Bought 120 cm folding Sunburst round table and 4 Highness stacking chairs in April 2022. Very good quality, thick solid timber well made, packaged well, Stacking chairs stack well, are great style for dining (good support for your back). Top quality product and service Hi we ordered a teak table, stacking chairs with cushions and a parasol. When delivered there was a small problem with the table. After a quick email a new table was promised with a Sunday afternoon delivery stated. ( just two days since my contact !). A very helpful gentleman called Victor arrived with my new table on Sunday afternoon and even built it for us to check everything was perfect. Amazing customer service. I was expecting a 10 week wait, but within 2 weeks it was here and put together for me. The service was impeccable, and the furniture is gorgeous. I'm so happy I went teak in the end, I was looking for cast iron but the teak is so much nicer. The furniture is finished to a very high standard. The communication has kept us up to date and the two delivery men let us know prior to arrival they were on their way. They followed instructions to our property which is difficult to find, were polite and courteous, carried to where we asked them, handled the items with care and gave advice on how to look after the gorgeous teak wood, also giving us some cleaner, a soft cloth and sandpaper to treat some fine surface marks on the table. We recently purchased an eight-seater garden table. Having first viewed the company on-line we then visited the Ideal Home Exhibition and met them first hand. The product and service were absolutely first class. The overall package which included seat covers and parasol was far and away the most competitive in pricing we had come across. Delivered on time by Sam and Jack who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Two of the seat covers were of a slightly different shade to the other six, which was not a problem as Laura resolved this straightaway proving great customer aftercare, which can be a rarity these days. Kingsley Smythe were so easy to deal with and delivered the furniture at the agree time. The delivery guys were extremely polite and helpful, very nice people! The product itself is replacing an exact same item, that has lasted for 18 years, and this set will no doubt last just as long. It is very good quality, very sturdy and looks lovely. The parasol is good quality with a winding handle for easy opening. The cushions are very similar to the ones that we've had for the last 18 years, so I have no doubt about their durability and comfort. Overall we are extremely pleased with both the service we have received and the quality of the furniture!

Great quality table set, much quicker delivery than expected (ordered Monday arrived Saturday), and incredibly helpful and friendly delivery/installation team. 2 chairs had cracks in and they immediately replaced them with others from the van. When I ordered a teak table and chairs, with parasol in April, I knew I would have to wait until July for the parasol. The garden table and chairs all arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, the parasol still hadn't arrived mid July - I phoned and emailed, the respond was quick and clear. Kingsley Symthe apologised and explained about the lateness and decided to give a token refund as the order was unlikely to arrive soon, thus providing a contribution to buy a parasol from elsewhere. A kind gesture, particularly in Covid times. Anyway, today I was delighted when a surprise delivery of a beautiful garden parasol. Thank you for your perseverance in chasing suppliers, it is much appreciated.

Have just unpacked and assembled this splendid set of garden furniture and could not be better pleased. Although it had the same issues as the last two negative reviews*, a soft brush and a light shower sorted it out. Company owners Laura and Lee have been really helpful throughout the buying process and l am happy to give my recommendation. *The issue Mr DWL referred to in his testimonial is something called 'surface mould' and unfortunately despite our best efforts, this sometimes occurs if the environmental conditions are right on the long sea journey from Indonesia. We do our best to check all items prior to delivery but on occasions this can be missed. Surface mould will have no negative effect on the furniture at all and a quick wash with mild soapy water will easily remove it - or just install it outside as planned and the first rain shower will see it gone. We thank Mr DWL for doing exactly the right thing and also for not making a fuss about it or sending in a negative review. Quite the opposite in fact! Thank you Mr DWL.

What a Great company this is with Staff who are second to none. They've looked after my Wife and I from ordering our Product to complete Satisfaction. We ordered a set of Teak, sustainable hard wood, garden furniture, hand made from Indonesia. It's absolutely beautiful and really looks the part in our garden. I had a look at what the company does with regard to the sourcing of the basic materials and it's very impressive. They only back legitimate people who manage and care for their material stocks. Laura, who is a leading light in the Company, couldn’t be more helpful or polite. The delivery Guys were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them, from assembly to positioning. After some searching and really positive supportive pre sales advice from the Kingsley Smythe team we purchased an extending teak dining table, 6 chairs, cushions and a parasol via E Bay. Luckily for us Kingsley Smythe comfortably beat their conservative delivery deadline and the in house delivery guys were on time and very helpful. Unfortunately for whatever the reason the parasol did not get included but once pointed out it arrived by courier very quickly. Product seems first class (early days!) and excellent pre and post sales support.

We decided on impulse to buy new garden furniture. Obviously lots of places were closed due to lockdown, but a google search led us to Kingsley Smythe. We thought not seeing or trying before buying could be a risk, but we had no problems here. A few emails later we had sort of made the decision, then a quick phone call reassured us that we were choosing the right garden set for us! To save hassle, we drove to the warehouse to collect although delivery was an option. The staff were very helpful. It was lovely to deal face to face, whilst maintaining social distance of course. The quality of our furniture is fantastic. Couldn't have wanted anything better. The 200cm Starburst oval table is great for our needs, and complimented by 2 x two seaters and 2 chairs. Would highly recommend this lovely family run business....wherever you are in the UK!

We ordered an extending 10 seat teak garden table with cushions and a parasol. I've been really impressed with the communication and service. The furniture was due to be delivered within a week but we had to push back the delivery date, which was managed really easily. The furniture itself is beautiful, good quality and heavy - great value for money

So we had our furniture delivered about 8 weeks ago, 2 of the chairs have split Rang Kingsley Smythe and within a week 2 replacement chairs have been delivered. You simply cannot beat this service, whilst waiting for our delivery we were kept informed of any delays and offered a refund if would like one. You guys rock.
